Recently I realized that, having sifted through and modified many samples of existing PHP code (server routines, configuration files, etc.) I had never built a working PHP application from scratch. So here is my first one.
The theme was inspired by my father’s persistence with corny puns from his boyhood days in southeastern Missouri.
My specifications for this app: simple, limited to one file, give a user some feedback from her or his action, demonstrate some coding skills and willingness to dive in.
